The mission of Better Together is to work with local communities to uplift the overall well being of struggling individuals. We will do this through various donation channels, community outreach events, and volunteers.

Helping people has always been in my nature. I am glad that now I am able to start a charitable organization that is benefiting the less fortunate and making their days better. The donations would mean a lot to the benefactors of our program and increase our ability to help.

I wanted to combine my entrepreneurship skills and urge to help people, and so I decided to start Better Together. I knew that I wanted to do something different, I didn't just want to raise money and send it off to a larger organization. I wanted to directly see where the money was going, and with Better Together everyone can see exactly what their money is being used for. We can visit different locations, which makes our outreach wider spread.

Before joining Better Together, I created my own jewelry line called Tidal Shark, donating 50% of all of the profits to the Shark Research Institution to aid in Shark/Ocean conservation. When Matt and Amy came to me with their idea to start a local charity organization and asked me to be their Vice President, I knew I could use my leadership skills and business experience in growing their dream. Being in Better Together since its inception has gained me tremendous insight and I am excited to see what the future holds!
